We're hiring a Digital Sales Executive for projects inside and outside Egypt.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • The following represent some of the key activities the postholder will participate in:
      • B2B lead generation and franchise recruitment
      • Manage the lead generation funnel across appointed digital channels, including Linkedin, Search Engines, and market-specific platforms, from ad copy to design direction, monitoring performance and analysis.
      • Manage the company CRM and database to keep all prospect communications up to date and implement email nurture campaigns as directed.
      • Input into audience profiles and target market approaches.
      • Manage operational requirements to coordinate and schedule sales calls with key personnel within the company.
      • Actively support and input expertise to the wider team with any development projects for the franchise brand B2B websites as directed by the project lead.
    • B2C and digital:
      • Develop and support online sales of English language courses through the company's B2C sales website.
      • Support with management of website content when required and monitor online content to ensure an optimum customer sales journey (full training provided).
      • Provide insight and feedback on social media advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook, Tik Tok, and market-specific platforms.
      • Support the Head of Marketing with any ad-hoc requests as necessary.
    • Partner Support:
      • Regularly share leading practice digital skills with franchise partners as part of our support offering
      • Participate and support facilitating global training webinars in digital skills
      • Assist the wider team to create and implement brand marketing campaigns, as requested
      • Support the Head of Marketing to provide support and strategic guidance to partners on an ad hoc basis, where requested
    • Skills and experience required:
      • Excellent command of both the English and Arabic languages (written and spoken). Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary
      • Demonstrate experience in a digital sales environment or B2B sales and marketing business
      • Experience in management CRM and small to medium-sized databases
      • Experience and understanding of lead generation and digital sales techniques/platforms
      • Demonstrate strong experience in digital advertising campaigns for multiple brands
      • Demonstrate a very thorough knowledge of email campaigns and social media and digital marketing techniques
      • Experience in website management, particularly working with WordPress, aptitude for web copywriting, web content management, multilingual SEO, HTML, and working with internal Extranets
      • Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking on a daily basis with evidence of effective project management
      • Ability to meet agreed, often tight deadlines, whilst producing commercially high-quality work
      • Computer literate with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
      • Interest in working in a franchise/multi-site and/or international trade environment
      • Good initiative, positive approach, and high self-motivation
      • Self-confident with the ability to impact and influence at all levels
    • The Contract will be for 6 months.
